Service ASSISTANCE
In the event that you selected when ordering a domain for 2 phase SUNRISE ASSISTANCE service period (ie documentation to verify supply registrar), the process will proceed according to the following points should be adhered to all the instructions listed here..
1. Documents to verify the authorization request
The customer sends the Registrar to process the following documents within 30 days from the date of dispatch of the request for the domain in EURid:
A) Issue a request WHOIS details
Issue details, see the application of WHOIS on the site EURid. After entering the domain name and verify the query graphical code, choose from the options offered by your application and when you print this request unchanged. This copy does not necessarily need for clarity and impact of your documents.
B) Documentation for your application
Create high-quality A4 copy of the certificate of entitlement to the requested domain name (extract from OR, trade license, etc.). Do not send us any original documents. Do not leave them to verify the notary.

C) Information letter
If you believe that we should know some additional information about the documents or your application, you can attach to your envelope and information letter.
All documentation must be on A4 paper, not folded, repaired or retouched in any way or sewn. Not number each paper delivered only in the lower right corner of the documents paraph! Numbered documents themselves, and only those who will be sent to the PWC.

Documentation must be shipped in GREAT envelope, to avoid transfer of documents in A4 format.
3. Computerization of documents and certified ready PDF file
Computerization of the documents produced and performed by an Registrar when converted into PDF format to the customer a complete set of documents sent by e-mail for verification and approval. Unless it agrees otherwise, the customer, the Registrar will consider the electronic form of documents to be confirmed if received within 24 hours of the next working day following the dispatch of documentation no answer.
4. Sending documents electronically to the PWC
The registrar, after confirmation of the customer documentation described in Section 3 sends a secure way of documentation in a single PDF file format for verifiers - PricewaterhouseCoopers.
