Rules for creating a domain name SK

Designation of the domain consists of a string of text, supplemented by an "sk".

The text string is a combination of:

• the letters of the alphabet, without diacritics
• numbers 0-9
• the character "-" (dash) that is, however, not at the beginning or end of a text string
• The text string must have at least two characters, maximum 63 characters, must not contain the character "-" (dash) in the third and the fourth position and may not coincide with the two-letter or three-letter TLDS (e.g. com, net, org, gov, mil, edu, sk, cz, at, uk, and below.)
• The text string must match the text string another existing domain.
• The text string must not be abusive or vulgar meaning, cannot contain the names, titles, and words whose use is contrary to the principles of decency, ethics, fair trade contact, or a rough way to interfere or may interfere with the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, etc., while in the exclusive competence of the SK-nothing-to decide whether the text string of the proposed User complies with the conditions laid down, and that therefore the draft Treaty on domain accepts or not. for this purpose, the user may require the submission of any documents containing the expression and consents to third parties, with the use of the designation.
• For domain marking shall be inadmissible in any event considers the use of the word, which is the dominant element:

  3. well-known trade marks, regardless of the State of origin, whose Holder or By a person is different from the future holder.
• Užívatel and future User fully respects the right of the SK-NOTHING-not to accept the draft Treaty for the Domain or resign from it in the case of a text string in contradict with this point.
