Who is a Registrar?

A Registrar is a company that enables clients (individuals or businesses) to register the domain. The Registrar can have partners (resellery), who for their customers to register their own domain name. Prior to registration of the domain the customer ascertains at the Registrar that the domain is free. Registrar checks the domain name in the central registry of domains, and if the domain name is free, start the registration process, in which the customer must enter the required information and confirm your order.
