Electronic tax documents
Electronic tax vouchers is a modern way solved by sending paper documents without the need for the use of postal services. The rules for electronic communications are contained in several laws and novelizacích, with the main building block for using the electronic signature was already in the year 2000, approved by the Law on electronic signature 227/2000 Coll.
Our company sends the electronic tax documents in PDF format, which are signed by an electronic tag based on the qualified system certificate from a qualified certification authority the Czech post- PostSignum QCA.
Electronic tag for tax document clearly confirms the information about the issuer, the company therefore ZONER software, s.r.o., and prevents any invoice adjustment an unauthorized after its issue. The e-mail is signed only the PDF document containing the invoice, not the entire email with an invoice. The invoice is possible, together with an electronic tag (signature) archive separately without the accompanying e-mail.
Tax documents you can download in PDF format, and then print, after login to the customer account. After signing the documents are available in the menu-electronic documents.
