CZ domain cancellation
CZ domain can be cancelled if it's owner confirm the cancellation form by his notarized sign. The form can be downloaded from here.
The form has to be filled in. In the case that domain is owned by company, form has to be signed by executive head of current company. In this case we also demand notarized printout from Register of Companies.
Confirmed form has to be send to our post address:

Request which are not confirmed within 14 days will be cancelled.
