Error messages

"Over Quota"-exceeding the quota command.

Exceed quota for mailbox size. Most often this problem is caused by the deletion of the messages only moved to the Recycle Bin, and then from the neodmazávají (can be set to automatically erase messages moved to trash after a specified time). In the case that the error occurred, you must first cancel the move to recycle bin, odmazat messages in unneeded messages in other folders, and only then is it possible to change the Recycle Bin settings.

The procedure for setting:
• 1. click on the OPTIONS
• 2. click on FOLDER OPTIONS
• 3. set the RECYCLE BIN FOLDER- do not use the Recycle Bin
• 4. save-SEND

Now messages will not be moved to the Recycle Bin, but a straight delete. Similarly, you can change the settings back (and subsequently set up automatic odmazávání old messages in the Recycle Bin).

"The domain name does not match the certificate"

In Thunderbird, (and other mail clients), while attempting to contact the server displays the error message "Error Security: domain name does not match the certificate ".

The problem is caused by the fact that the customer accesses through an encrypted communication on the imap server via pop3 domain name-your mydomain.com and the certificate is issued in the name of imapX.czechia.com (the name of the mail server).

Solution:

• 1. Thunderbird has a plugin that can do this for the selected domain. see:https://addons.mozilla.org/cs/firefox/addon/2131
• 2. for other mail clients:
-access not through the domain name pop3. your-mydomain.com but set as incoming server imap mail (1-5). czechia (regzone.cz ...).com.
I.e., directly to the incoming server and outgoing mail in the mail client, specify settings directly the mail server name, where is the mail service of your domain (the name of the server on which the ol' issued certificate). Breach of the security, and everything will be all right to work how you want.
